Beetle Bumps was the first expansion to the Orient section since the park opened in 1973. A small children's ride
that is in operation even today allows younger visitors to ride one of the the six beetle-shaped cars around an undulating track. Beetle Bumps was moved from the
Orient to Kiddy Kingdom in 1998, it still currently operates in Planet Snoopy today as Linus Beetle Bugs.
Interesting enough the asian-inspired structure built for Beetle Bumps in 1979 is still standing it its original
location, though heavily modified, it is currently being used as a Coca-Cola Refresh Station.
